Rory Davis
Founder and Principal

Rory Davis has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate, design, and construction fields. Over that time, his roles have provided senior-level experience in hiring and employee management, budgets and finance, legal and contract review, purchasing and inventory management, and lease negotiations. In addition, he has overseen both residential and commercial engineering, construction, facilities management, and IT. Finally, Rory has led design for corporate office spaces, retail tenant improvements, and clinical offices.

A diverse background leads to a holistic and well-rounded approach to development projects. An engineering degree and years of managing simultaneous projects as a General Contractor have developed technical mastery, intimate cost knowledge, and efficient project management. A Master's degree in business and time spent in multiple roles as the Head of Real Estate and Development provide finance and legal skills, senior leadership experience, and strategic thinking. Oversight of national roll-out and facilities management programs account for strong process design, employee hiring and management, and fast-paced growth.

After living in the Bay Area for 12 years, Rory recently moved to Washington state near Seattle, with easy access to the Sea-Tac Airport. Six of those years in the Bay were spent at One Medical, where he was involved with the development of more than 60 clinical office projects in eight U.S. markets. Prior to living in the Bay Area, Rory spent 13 years on the Central Coast of California. After earning an engineering degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he joined a small residential design/build architecture firm that specialized in multi-unit developments and large custom homes. Responsible for all technical aspects of the projects, including structural design, civil design, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and project management, his most notable achievement was the completion of a 6,300 s.f. custom home built with passive solar design and advanced building methods.
